Michael Winkleman

Chief Executive Officer

How long have you been in the business?
More than 15 years – most of that time, I’ve worked with ASCs and other healthcare providers as well as medical B2B companies.

What’s your favorite part of the job?
Partnering with the clients. We’ve worked with several of our clients for almost a decade. We’ve built great relationships and helped grow a lot of businesses.

Fun fact about your career?
I’ve shot video footage and done photography in operating rooms and medical facilities across 30 states. That literally gave me a “behind the scenes” insight that I use when working with physicians and patients. It helped me better understand the market.

Do you have any special certifications?
Yes, working inside the medical facilities required me to earn a HIPAA certification. I’m also CHSP and PPEC certified.

Becky McElroy

Chief Marketing Officer

How long have you been in the business?
I have 20 years in the design field under my belt.  During that time, I’ve created and re-designed brands for dozens of medical organizations and companies in other industries, like Grand Prairie Foods and Poet.

What’s your favorite part of the job?
Using creativity to help clients solve problems. I’m not satisfied if a day goes by without something being accomplished.

Fun fact about your career?
40 of my design projects have won Addy awards.  (The ad industry’s version of the Oscars.) 

Do you have any special certifications?
In the last year, I’ve become HubSpot certified. This is a big advantage when helping clients develop their inbound marketing strategies. I’m also HIPAA certified.

Kimberly Winkleman

VP of Sales

How long have you been in the business?
Over 12 years. My experience has been broad – public relations, marketing, executive management, leadership development, public speaking and event planning.

What’s your favorite part of the job?
Taking what clients already do well and making it even better.  I love when we exceed clients’ expectations – it never gets old seeing them get excited about a new logo or the results of a campaign.

Fun fact about your career?
My co-workers have given me two nicknames:  “Firecracker” because I have lots of energy and a can-do attitude; and “Thumbs” since I’m constantly using hand-held devices to communicate with clients to make sure all their projects stay on track.

Do you have any special certifications?
I’m both HIPAA and HubSpot certified. The HIPAA certification helps us make sure clients’ marketing activities are compliant with federal regulations.
